Our Story

Founded by Gladys Muñoz in Salem, Massachusetts, now based in Lynn, Massachusetts, the firm partners with organizations across the Greater Boston area and beyond. IntiNova Consulting was created in response to the persistent gaps in access to opportunity, resources, and strategic guidance faced by many minority-owned and community-based businesses.

What began as a vision for a more equitable consulting model has grown into a firm that partners closely with organizations across industries and stages — delivering thoughtful, customized solutions built for real constraints and real goals.
